Ice Capital Recruitment is a boutique search firm specializing in recruitment services to the CRM community. Ice Capital Recruitment’s areas of focus include NetSuite, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Sage, Infor, SAP and Oracle recruitment. Founded by Matt Isaac and Danny Hyland, they bring more than 5 years of combined recruitment experience in the CRM ecosystem.
Throughout their careers, Matt and Danny provided recruitment services to dozens of employers and candidates while trying to maintain a customer-centric approach. Ice Capital Recruitment was founded in order to service the CRM ecosystem with the main focus being on helping our customers. Oftentimes, recruitment companies lose sight of the big picture – to find the perfect match between employers and candidates. Ice Capital Recruitment strives to be a leader in the recruitment industry when it comes to customer centricity.
We truly take the time to understand the needs of our clients and candidates in order to come up with the best possible solution given their specific situation. By focusing on the quality of service we provide, instead of quantity, we are positioned to put our customers above all else.
Daniel Hyland
Danny has worked in the recruitment industry for over three years solely in the CRM recruitment space. He loves recruitment because he gets to help people find their dream job while creating long-lasting relationships with clients across the country. Since he has a hand in finding people work, and getting them one step closer to where they want to be, he feels it’s truly a rewarding experience. At his previous employer, Danny was a top performer in the CRM recruitment space. He quickly rose up to a Sr. Consultant in his two years helping dozens of companies find the right person for the job. If Danny’s clients didn’t know exactly what they needed, he would hear their pain-points and consult them in the right direction. On any job Danny works on, he always ensures he’s giving top-notch customer service to both his candidates and clients. As difficult as it may be, Danny is a huge fan of the New York Jets, the New York Mets and the New York Knicks. He has a passion for traveling and has been fortunate enough to travel all over the world.
